TC Style is an interior design company specializing in unique accessories and art. They offer custom solutions and handmade products that fit perfectly into a variety of interior styles. Tim Cools, founder of TC Style, shares his exciting journey from florist to successful entrepreneur in the world of interior accessories. With 15 years of experience as a florist, the last business of which was a combination of flowers and interior design, Tim began creating his own objects for his store. This passion grew and eventually led to the creation of TC Style. Within four years, TC Style has built an impressive collection, known for its flexibility and unique style.
TC Style's collection is large and diverse, born from a love of naturalia. Tim and his team source semi-finished products from countries such as China, Indonesia, the Philippines and Thailand, and give them a unique, personal touch in the Netherlands. The collection offers countless options, with customers able to specify their own preferences. Whether it's a frame with shells or a custom background color, almost anything is possible at TC Style.
The idea to create a collection based on naturalia came from the need for unique, natural products in the marketplace. Tim began making objects in his store on a small scale and soon discovered that there was a great demand for them. This grew into the extensive collection that TC Style offers today.
Inspiration for TC Style's products comes from a variety of sources. From the Internet and magazines to walks in nature, Tim is inspired by everything. Even a fallen tree in the woods can lead to a beautiful new object. These creative influences, combined with a family history in antiques and textiles, have contributed to Tim's unique vision and passion for design.
Tim sees the future of interior design as a mix of online and offline shopping, with real-life shopping continuing to play an important role. He emphasizes the importance of accessories in creating atmosphere and warmth in an interior. Personal objects give a room character and a unique finishing touch, something Tim believes is essential for a complete and harmonious interior.
