What's covered:
The 9-week course consists of a combination of online learning modules, live practice day and online homework sessions. The course consists of the following learning modules:

• Photography Basics: You will learn the basics about the exposure triangle so that you understand how to properly expose photos. You will discover different camera angles specifically for real estate photography. You'll also learn about RAW file technology and get to work with HDR photography.
• Composition: You'll discover different camera angles specifically for real estate photography, so you can take interesting and attractive photos. You'll also get real-world tips on which parts in which areas in and around a property are important to photograph.
• Practice: In the 5th week of the course, the practice day will take place. On that day you will take indoor and outdoor photos under professional guidance. You will discover from which angles and which spaces you can photograph best. You will receive practical tips that will help you get started as a real estate photographer. After this day you will also know how height photography and 360º photography works.
• Post-editing: You will learn to post-edit your photos using Adobe Lightroom Classic . You will learn how to import the photos correctly and save them in the library. You will also learn how to export the post-edited photos in the correct format, including copyright texts. You can deliver these photos to your clients and real estate agent so that they can be placed on Funda immediately.
• Home Presentation: You will learn how to optimally prepare for a photo shoot as a photographer, so that a home is photographed efficiently and attractively by you. You will also learn about the various options Funda offers in the area of home presentation.
• Final assignment: You will complete the course by doing a final assignment. You will have the last 3 weeks to do this. For this, you will make a number of real estate photos that you will also post-process. If these photos are evaluated positively by the teachers, you are ready for the real work!
• Camera Skills: You get to know your own camera inside out. You become familiar with your own equipment. You discover where all the important settings are for a residential photographer.
